Amazing VR experience. Customer service is great. Few simulators needs headphones for immersive experience. Overall a great new concept in Gurgaon to spend a few hours and see the magic of technology enabled entertainment. The place has a boutique cafe as well.

They have PS4 and VR games, but the VR games aren't that great, and the car racing simulator isn't that functional. They should add more games to boost customer happiness and draw in more people. All in all, I had a good time.
