As a Network L3 professional at Wipro, you will be expected to have a minimum of 8-10 years of practical experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting an Enterprise Grade Hybrid MPLS Network spanning over 5,000 locations across PAN India and international sites. You should hold a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert certification and possess hands-on experience in analytical thinking, problem-solving, implementation, and troubleshooting related to Routing, Switching, SDWAN (Versa, Silver Peak), Hybrid Cloud, and Wireless services. Your responsibilities will include configuring and installing various network devices like Routers, Switches, WLC Controllers, and AP, as well as managing QOS, Policy-Based Routing, EEM Scripting, VRRP, Failover mechanisms, and routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct Network Configuration Audits, execute change management processes, work towards permanent resolutions of recurring issues, provide root cause analysis for major incidents, monitor network resource utilization and capacity management, ensure audit compliance, inventory reconciliation, daily reports, and timely database/diagram updates. Proficiency in tools like Wireshark and Ethereal, as well as strong team management and leadership skills are essential for this role. You will lead the team, handle escalations, and drive resolutions while fostering good relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels. The ability to adapt to fast-changing requirements and environments, work in a 24x7 setup, and support major incidents/changes during off-shift hours is crucial. Key skills required for this position include Routing, Switching, Nexus, WLC (Arista), SDWAN (Versa, SilverPeak), ISE, and network audit and compliance. Hardware skills in ASR, NX7K/9K, Cisco/HP/Juniper Routers, Versa, and SilverPeak are preferred. A CCNP certification is mandatory, while CCIE is desirable. This role falls under Group B3 with an experience requirement of 8-10 years and is based in Airoli, Mumbai.
