WLAN Firmware Lead Engineer Sr.

As a Software Architect at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be responsible for software architecture and design for WLAN features in firmware. Your main duties will involve: - Developing, releasing, and maintaining WLAN firmware - Collaborating with peer teams to define software interfaces To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of Software Engineering experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or PhD with 1+ year of experience - 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. - 6-9 years of experience in designing and implementing embedded software/firmware for networking/wireless products - Proficiency in C programming - Experience with 802.11 protocol is preferred - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural skills - Excellent team communication and interpersonal skills Qualcomm is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the application and hiring process.
