Wintel Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Wintel Administrator responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of Windows Server infrastructure. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, patch management, backup solutions, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and File Servers.
• Perform server installation, configuration, hardening, and migration activities.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Perform OS patching, upgrades, and security remediation.
• Manage backup and recovery operations using enterprise backup tools.
• Handle user administration, access management, and privilege management.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Work closely with security, network, and application teams.
• Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities.
