Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for: - Sports Infrastructure projects (courts, turf, flooring, multi-sport setups) - School partnerships (sports programs, events, annual contracts) This is an on-ground, client-facing role. Full training will be provided on products, proposals, pricing, and sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Generate & manage leads for infra projects & school programs - Visit schools, societies, clubs, builders, architects & corporates to pitch offerings - Conduct site visits & coordinate with project/ops teams for feasibility - Prepare proposals/quotations - Maintain sales pipelines, follow-ups & conversions - Build relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, Facility Heads) - Achieve monthly revenue targets and earn high commissions - Represent WTPL professionally in meetings & events Ideal Candidate Profile: - Fresh Graduate / Diploma candidate OR 0–1 years sales experience - Passion for sports — someone who plays or follows sports strongly preferred - High confidence, strong personality, and a natural sales mindset - Good communication skills (English Marathi & Hindi functional) - Basic Excel + Google Sheets skills (quotations, tracking) - Presentable, punctual & willing to travel across the city - Hustler attitude → proactive, responsible, learns fast - Comfortable with field sales (school visits, site meetings, client calls) What We Offer: - Fixed salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month - High-performance incentives on every closed project - On-ground sales + product training - Fast career growth in a rapidly scaling sports company - Opportunity to work in the sports industry with exciting projects - Direct mentorship from founders
