Wheel loader operator

You will be working as a full-time Wheel Loader Operator at Bharat Construction India Pvt Ltd, situated in Fetehpur. Your main responsibilities will include operating and maintaining wheel loaders, transporting materials like soil, sand, gravel, and rocks, as well as conducting regular inspections and upkeep of the machinery. It will be your duty to ensure adherence to safety protocols, promptly report any problems to supervisors, and actively participate in daily construction tasks on-site. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in handling wheel loaders and other heavy equipment. Proficiency in performing routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery is necessary. A good understanding of safety procedures specific to construction sites is crucial, along with the ability to cooperate effectively with team members. You must possess physical strength and endurance to work in diverse weather conditions. Holding the required certifications and licenses for operating heavy machinery is mandatory, while a background in the construction sector would be advantageous.
