Job Overview About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer (Mern) with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies on both frontend and backend. Key Responsibilities: Develop robust, scalable web applications using modern full-stack frameworks Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Integrate APIs and third-party services Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack Optimize applications for speed and responsiveness Required Skills: 3+ years of full stack development (Mern) experience Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React.js Backend development with Node.js, Express.js, Elysia JS Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, AJAX Experience with Relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases Familiar with Git/GitHub for version control Experience with cloud deployment on platforms like AWS, Heroku, Vercel Worked on Authentication & Authorization using JWT, OAuth, Passport.js Integrated payment gateways like Stripe, Razorpay Experience with WebSockets (real-time apps) Built responsive and accessible UIs with Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI Experience in code splitting, lazy loading, and performance optimizations Integrated third-party APIs (e.g. Google Maps, Firebase, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Location Type: In-person Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
