IDEAS ENGINEERING WORKS (WTP) , A leading water and solar project manufacturing company at Sonarpur, Kolkata- 700150, is hiring an Experienced Fabrication Welder on an URGENT BASIS. Eligible candidates are requested to apply soon. Quick joiner needed.

Job Profile: Fabrication Welder

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience, depending on the company

Education : High school diploma

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG (Argon) and/or Stick welding techniques on various materials
• Measure, cut, and weld metal materials according to job specifications

Skills:

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding (certification a plus)
• Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary : 10k to 18k in hand (as per experience) +Lucrative Performance bonus. FACILITIES: SALARY + P.F. ESI+ INSURANCE+ YEARLY PERFORMANCE BONUS INCREMENT (2 TO 15% EVERY YEAR ACCORDING TO PERFORMANCE).
