Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Website Sales Representative to join our global sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer inquiries, and driving online sales processes for international markets through our website platform. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to optimize the user experience and ensure global customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage online sales through the company website, focusing on international customers.
• Identify sales opportunities, engage with leads, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand sales in international markets.
• Ensure smooth transaction and order fulfillment processes across multiple regions.
• Provide product recommendations and upselling opportunities to increase average order value.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their needs and offer solutions tailored to different regions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure promotional offers, product availability, and website content meet the needs of international markets.
• Track sales data, customer interactions, and conversion rates, providing reports to management for performance analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with international market trends, competitors, and best practices in website sales.
• Handle post-sale support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,040.99 per month
