Role & responsibilities --- *Strategy & Planning* * Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. * Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new opportunities. * Plan monthly and quarterly digital campaigns aligned with business goals. *SEO & SEM* * Optimize website and landing pages for SEO (on-page and off-page). * Run and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase traffic and conversions. * Track and analyze keyword performance and implement improvements. *Social Media Marketing* * Create and manage social media content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. * Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with defined KPIs. * Monitor engagement and improve brand visibility and interaction. *Email & Automation* * Design and run email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign. * Segment lists and automate workflows for lead nurturing and retention. * Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions to optimize campaigns. *Content & Campaigns* * Collaborate with content creators and designers to deliver engaging blogs, videos, and creatives. * Coordinate campaign rollouts with internal teams or external agencies. * Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. *Analytics & Reporting* * Use Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards to track performance. * Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign ROI, traffic, conversion, and lead quality. * Suggest and implement optimizations based on performance insights. *Collaboration & Management* * Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing with business goals. * Mentor junior marketers or interns and manage small digital projects. * Communicate with clients (if agency-based) or stakeholders on digital strategy and results. *Website Development & WordPress* Manage and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, performance optimization). Collaborate with developers/designers to build landing pages, blog sections, and campaign pages. Ensure mobile responsiveness, page speed, and SEO compliance of all website elements. Use tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi for no-code web page creation. *Skills & Tools Required:* * SEO/SEM best practices * Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager * Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager * Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) * Social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite) * Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic knowledge is a plus) * Strong analytical and reporting skills * Good communication and time management
