A senior engineer is required to join the identity and access management team to assist with designing, configuring, developing, and engineering tasks. Your responsibilities will include provisioning and de-provisioning user identities, managing authentication and authorization of access, and overseeing life-cycle management. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring security technologies and projects in alignment with the firm's security policies. You will be utilizing your technical expertise to ensure adherence to security standards and best practices across the technology organization, especially in scenarios where external vendors are involved in service provision. Your primary duty will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based components and interfaces within the Identity and Access Management framework. This framework encompasses a combination of AWS, Azure, and On-Premise platforms, integrating various products such as Broadcom/CA Siteminder, Directory, IdentityManager, Advance Authentication (MFA), and API Gateway. In addition to your development tasks, you will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, write efficient and testable code, ensure compliance with specifications, and support the continuous improvement of technologies. You will also be responsible for integrating applications, designing database architecture, and enhancing the organization's reputation through innovative solutions. To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or an equivalent technical field, along with 4-7 years of hands-on development experience in Identity & Access Management. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Java/J2EE, Web Application Development, RESTful or SOAP Webservices, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, and exposure to Containers such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure.
