We are seeking a highly skilled WebMethods Lead / Technical Architect (ATA) with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in an Architect or ATA role. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in WebMethods Integration and Business Process Management (BPM), with hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and implementing integration solutions using the Software AG WebMethods suite. Knowledge of Java and Angular is desirable for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using WebMethods. - Drive BPM initiatives and ensure efficient process orchestration across systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of the integration landscape. - Oversee the development lifecycle, including design reviews, code reviews, and deployment best practices. - Develop integration patterns, error handling frameworks, and exception management. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of the integration architecture. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Software AG WebMethods suite (Integration Server, Broker, BPM, MWS, etc.). - Demonstrated experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation. - Solid understanding of integration design patterns and best practices. - Experience as a Technical Architect or Associate Technical Architect (ATA). **Good to Have:** - Working knowledge of Java for custom service development. - Experience with Angular for UI layer integration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools. **Education & Certification:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications in WebMethods or BPM tools are advantageous.,
