Role Description

The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly website layouts that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing web pages and interfaces, collaborating with graphic designers and developers, optimizing designs for responsiveness across devices, and ensuring consistency in visual elements. The role will also involve working closely with stakeholders to refine design concepts, preparing assets for front-end implementation, and maintaining existing websites through design updates and improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, requiring regular collaboration with the local team and participation in project discussions and reviews.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create modern, user-centered interfaces across devices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to develop high-quality visual assets, layouts, and branding elements.
• Candidates should possess foundational Front-End Development skills to effectively translate design concepts into web-ready formats and collaborate with developers.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar) and familiarity with web standards and usability best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Web Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field; prior experience in a design or multimedia role is an advantage.
