Web Content Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible as a Global Web Editor for creating, editing, and publishing website content across global digital properties. Your role will involve developing compelling, user-focused content while maintaining brand consistency across multiple regions and languages. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences through high-quality web content. Key Responsibilities: - Take a practical approach to being highly responsive to change in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Create and edit effective and optimized digital content to support strategic objectives and user requirements - Write blog posts and marketing copy to promote products and services - Plan, create, and edit content that enhances user interaction with products and services - Balance technical and non-technical language appropriate to specific scenarios and audiences - Work closely with web professionals like user researchers and UX designers to create new web pages - Ensure appropriate content is displayed to users in the right place and format - Support the development of a content strategy for all brands and lead in its delivery - Optimize written content for SEO to increase organic website traffic - Create content that is accessible, respectful, and resonant with a global user base - Monitor web traffic and user engagement metrics - Conduct user research per user journey and create user personas - Provide detailed analytics and reporting for the Management team - Design information across various platforms and mediums that resonates, informs, and engages Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in web content creation, editing, or content design - Understanding of UX and UI design principles - Excellent written English and IT skills - Strong CMS experience with the ability to oversee all digital content - Research, writing, and design thinking skills across various media forms - Experience in digital content design within a web design team - Ability to proofread, re-structure, and edit content for maximum engagement Preferred Qualifications: - Cultural sensitivity and ability to create inclusive content for a diverse global audience - Experience in organizations with complex web presences - Experience supporting marketing strategies for multiple brands - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media, and storytelling techniques - Ability to map user journeys across different channels - Multilingual capabilities or experience with translated content,
