Web and Email Designer

Exciting opportunity to join a new office in Bangalore, India. We are seeking a talented digital designer to contribute to the design of our company's internal system, website, and corporate identity. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues from the graphic team to create, edit, and code promotional emails and newsletters in HTML. Key responsibilities include creating visually captivating email communications in collaboration with sales and marketing managers to enhance open rates and click-through rates. You will also be responsible for ideating and developing direct mail, coding and testing email creative, and advocating for email design best practices. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing marketing and sales materials such as catalogues, sales brochures, print advertising, media kits, and trade fair designs. As a digital designer, you will work closely with the technical team and other graphic team members to design online internal systems and websites using HTML and CSS. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, proficiency in HTML and CSS, and experience in coding emails in HTML is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Power Point, and Adobe InDesign is essential. A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality email design or other web creative work is required. A clean design aesthetic, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and deliver within tight deadlines are crucial skills for this role. The candidate should also be receptive to constructive feedback, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess excellent written and spoken English skills. While not required, copywriting experience would be a plus.,
