We need Technical Support/Sales Agents -US Shift

You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers experiencing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problems reported by customers, providing appropriate solutions, and recommending the best technical support plan along with relevant software. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO environment. It is essential that you have the ability to independently close your own calls and possess excellent communication skills in English. You must have prior experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to various devices and systems including computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Your role will require you to efficiently handle customer problems and ensure accurate resolutions are provided. Additionally, you should be willing to work flexible night shifts as needed. The salary for this position is negotiable based on your experience and the last/current drawn CTC, along with attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferable for this role. Please note that no freshers are being considered for this position.
