We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Procurement, Vendor Management & Sales Executive to manage procurement operations, develop vendor relationships, drive sales opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and support business growth in the education sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor development, product sourcing, procurement, sales coordination, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers for educational products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Manage procurement activities, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier coordination.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Drive sales of educational products, school supplies, and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutional clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, prepare quotations, and support sales closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
• Monitor vendor performance, product quality, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement, vendor details, sales activities, and business reports.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, sales, sourcing, or business development.
• Experience in the education, e-commerce, retail, or institutional sales industry will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Vendor development and relationship management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, product sourcing, and pricing.
• Client acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversion.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and achieve business targets.
