Process: Customer Support – Voice

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Location: ITPL, Bengaluru

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

WHO CAN APPLY?

PUC / 12th Pass OR Any Graduate

Minimum 1 year of Customer Support – Voice Process experience

Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving ability

Strong customer-handling skills

Good verbal communication skills

English proficiency – Versant 6

Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

SALARY & REWARDS

CTC: Up to 34,000/- per month*

In-Hand Salary: Up to 28,000/-

Bonus: Up to 16,000/-*
