We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-focused Hospital Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional manner Register patients and maintain accurate personal and medical records Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently Guide patients to appropriate departments and doctors Manage billing support, receipts, and basic insurance documentation Maintain front office cleanliness and organization Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate Prior experience in hospital or clinic front office is preferred Good communication skills in English and local language Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software) Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude Working Hours: Shift-based duty (Day/Night shifts as per hospital schedule) Salary & Benefits: Salary: As per industry standards Benefits: PF, ESI, leave benefits (as applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Expected hours: 54 per week Work Location: In person

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hospital Accountant to manage financial records, billing, payments, and compliance related to hospital operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth financial functioning of the hospital.
