Art Beat, a 5-star rated Art School based in Bangalore, is seeking highly skilled art teachers/Experts proficient in various mediums such as Acrylics, Watercolors, Sketching (Graphite & Charcoal), and Oil painting. The ideal candidates must be available to work part-time for a minimum of 6 months at our center. We focus on utilizing technology and art to provide a unique curriculum that caters to children's learning needs. Our core philosophy revolves around creating a safe and structured environment where children can engage in age-appropriate activities that foster learning, exploration, and discovery. We aim to uncover each child's hidden potential that may be masked even after regular schooling. We are in search of passionate artists who excel in their respective mediums and can contribute to building a vibrant community of aspiring artists. Freshers with a diverse skill set in art are also encouraged to apply. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Conduct art courses offered by Art Beat to teenagers and adults. - Collaborate with Art Beat to deliver a top-notch learning experience for students. - Provide regular feedback to students on their artwork. - Develop teaching plans tailored to individual students to ensure progress aligned with the curriculum. - Maintain a structured lesson framework that keeps students engaged, motivated, and challenged. - Uphold discipline following school guidelines and promote punctuality, good behavior, and work standards. **Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:** - Full-time availability at our center for a minimum of 6 months. - Background in Art/Fine Arts is preferred; however, highly skilled self-taught artists are also welcomed. - Part-time experts in the fine arts domain are encouraged to apply. - Strong communication skills are essential. - Must possess a laptop, smartphone, and a reliable internet connection. **Benefits:** - Women-centric organization. - Join an inspiring team that has shown growth even during challenging times like Covid-19. **Salary Range:** - Compensation ranges between 12k to 18k or more based on the number of workdays.
