Job Description

Supervise and manage the production process to ensure products are manufactured according to established standards and schedules.
Coordinate with various departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure all production equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functioning properly.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee the training and development of production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
Prepare production reports, including output, waste, and resource utilization, and communicate them to senior management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the production process, including equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce operational costs

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
