Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Order Packer Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome!) Weekend Availability: Preferred About the Role: We’re looking for a hardworking, energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative / Order Packer to join our growing team at Gaccio (our luxury artisanal gelato brand) and Chocolove (our handcrafted chocolate and confectionery kitchen). You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are packed fresh, on time, and ready to delight customers across delivery platforms. Key Responsibilities: Accept and process incoming orders from delivery platforms and internal sales teams. Pack gelato tubs, chocolate boxes, and gift hampers neatly and securely with care. Manage the packing station and prepare orders for timely dispatch. Maintain real-time inventory records of packaging materials and product stock. Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handovers. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the packing and storage areas. Help with receiving, restocking, and organizing warehouse supplies. Use basic computer systems or apps to update order status and manage inventory. What We’re Looking For: A team player with strong attention to detail. Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, packing, and organizing. Basic computer knowledge (typing, using apps or order dashboards). Positive attitude, quick learner, and ability to take initiative. Punctual, reliable, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is a big plus.
