Warehouse Manager

· Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.

· Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

· Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement

· Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

· Maintaining data for inventory cost for the warehouse and keeping a track of Running and Non-moving inventory

· Understanding of Packaging and of material and logistics for transportation.

· Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and execution of plan.

· Continuously updating Purchase Manager and back office team of the un/availability of resources.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge of resources stored in the Warehouse

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Complies with state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

· Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Good in MS Office

2. Good analytical skills

3. Working knowledge of ERP

4. Good in Internet browsing

5. Open to work in shifts.
6. Good in speaking & reading English language
