Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments. Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements.

Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) practices.

Team Management Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff and supervisors. Allocate work schedules and manpower planning. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions. Maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports. Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dispatch turnaround time, and productivity. Maintain proper documentation for inventory movements and logistics activities.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments. Resolve operational issues related to deliveries and inventory. Support customer requirements and service level commitments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
