(The Belgian Waffle Co.) is a dynamic and rapidly growing QSR company committed to delivering high-quality products to our consumers. BWC operates a combination of company-owned stores (COCO) and franchise-owned/operated stores (FOFO). BWC currently focuses on western, chocolate-based desserts (largely waffles); revenues are split between in-store consumption and take-away/delivery through third-party aggregators. Over the next 5 years, BWC has identified a number of strategic initiatives that the team is focused on driving (among others): · Increased product innovation to keep the menu fresh · A best-in-class store experience; feedback mechanisms to ensure customer loyalty · Growing the store footprint to 1,000 stores across COCO/FOFO outlets · Implementing superior supply chain/automation practices to drive efficiency and minimize wastage. · Launching international operations across the Middle East and Southeast Asia · Rolling out FMCG concepts through retail distribution Job Description: · We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Staff member to join our team. · In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on handling FMCG products efficiently and maintaining quality standards. This includes Picking, packing, loading and unloading of the raw material and product. · You’ll follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and ensure high-quality standards. Responsibilities: 1. Picking and packing products accurately based on orders. 2. Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. 3. Organizing and maintaining inventory. 4. Following safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. 5. Keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Requirements: Ability to work on your feet for long hours. Good attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Qualifications: SSC OR HSC No previous experience is necessary – we will provide training. If you’re ready to be a part of our production team. Experience in a production or manufacturing environment are welcome.
