Warehouse Executive

· Represent Cheryl at the TPL warehouse and supervise all inward and outward operations.

· Verify goods received from Siemens against purchase orders and delivery documentation.

· Ensure timely and accurate GRN creation in ERP/WMS systems.

· Validate stock quantities and report shortages or damages immediately.

· Monitor adherence to defined stock storage norms and inventory handling standards.

· Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of sales orders.

· Authorise dispatch only after verifying invoice accuracy and documentation compliance.

· Ensure correct GST documentation and e-way bill validation before shipment.

· Monitor dispatch turnaround time (TAT) and ensure SLA adherence by TPL partner.

· Escalate delays or service-level failures to Operations Manager.

· Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation in coordination with Finance.

· Monitor stock ageing and report slow-moving inventory.

· Oversee reverse logistics processes for damaged, short-supplied, or returned goods.

· Prepare documentation and support claims submission for damages or shortages to Siemens.

· Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and statutory warehousing norms.

· Validate inter-state stock transfer documentation and GST compliance.

· Coordinate with Sales and State teams to prioritise urgent dispatches.

· Maintain daily operational reports including inward, dispatch, and stock status.

· Ensure TPL staff adhere to defined SOPs and escalate deviations.

Act as Cheryl’s authority within the warehouse for operational approvals

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
