Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description :-

• Monitor all CFA activities and Responsible for all the activities in the warehouse.

• Monitoring man power with effective utilizations and productivity.

• Monitoring timely order processing, dispatches, Collection entries in system.

• Ensuring documentation -filing, record keeping, retrieval- is done regularly.

• Ensuring Daily/monthly Stock audit & verification is done and ensure maintain zero variance.

• Respond to Customer, Principal company queries in effective and timely manner.

• Monitor performance of all staff by KPIs as per their job profiles and make necessary changes as and when required to meet daily work demands.

• Monitor pending Stock In Transit, Goods Received Note and account all Sales Returned Vouchers on daily basis and escalate exceptions if any to principle company.

• Implementation of 5S and periodical audit.

• Ensure staff Attendance and Discipline is adhered as per HR policy.

• Ensure Petty cash vouchers are sent to HO after due verification and check on expenses and cash replenishment is done on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Require male candidates aged below 50 yrs.

• Thorough working knowledge of ERP -SAP- and MS Office will be an added advantage.

• Fluency in English, Malayalam and Hindi.

• Any graduate or above

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in - Warehousing or Logistics Operations (FMCG/FMCD sector)

• Willing to work in 3 shift Operations

Qualificaton :-

Any graduate or above aged below 50 yrs with Minimum 3 Years of experience in - Warehousing or Logistics Operations (FMCG/FMCD sector).

Thorough working knowledge of ERP -SAP- and MS Office is a must and Fluency in English, Malayalam and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
