One of the ongoing projects is the operation of more than 25 Hans Renal Care Centers aimed at providing innovative healthcare delivery to vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic Kidney diseases. Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Salary: Commensurate with candidate's education, experience, and past salary before TDS deduction Position: 1 **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Assisting patients with hygiene maintenance and related activities - Ensuring timely meals for patients - Addressing patient requests - Adhering to center's rules and operating procedures - Providing necessary facilities and assistance to patients - Supporting nursing and medical staff when needed - Organizing medicines, logs, and patient reports - Ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients - Assisting staff as required **Reporting to:** Project Manager/ Manager-Programme **Educational Qualifications:** - 12th (Intermediate) **Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience:** - 0-2 years of healthcare experience with relevant knowledge and skills - Good Communication Skills - Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the healthcare sector by supporting vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic Kidney diseases.,
