Wanted Secondary Chemistry Teachers

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, with the ability to inspire and engage students in their learning journey. This position requires effective classroom management skills, a commitment to curriculum development, and the ability to utilize learning technology to enhance educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in Chemistry.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective teaching materials and assessments.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain an optimal learning environment.
• Provide individualized support and tutoring for students who require additional assistance.
• Conduct standardized testing and assess student performance through various evaluation methods.
• Engage in academic advising and mentoring to guide students in their educational pathways.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Experience

• Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong background in teaching chemistry (including Laboratory Experience, Scientific Research).
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with learning technology tools for education is a plus.
• Previous experience in private schools or special education settings is beneficial.
• Background in education administration or Montessori methods is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
