Qualification:

• Any Degree from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a hospital setting is mandatory.
• Experience in handling patient care, coordination, and billing is essential.

Language Requirement:

• Must speak fluent Tamil.
• Knowledge of English and other regional languages will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients, attendants, and visitors courteously and provide necessary assistance.
• Ensure patients are guided throughout the hospital for consultations, diagnostics, admissions, and discharge.
• Address patient needs, concerns, and escalate any issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Assist patients in understanding the billing process, provide clarifications, and coordinate with the billing department.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for patients and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor patient feedback and work on service improvements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between patient, family, and hospital staff.
• Supervise patient care experience, particularly in OPD, IPD, and billing counters.
• Maintain proper records of patient interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Support in managing VIP patients and special cases as directed by the management.
