Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding Job Requirements

• Learn and understand different job roles, responsibilities, and client needs.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment strategies.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Use

  job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases

  to find suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct

  initial interviews

  to assess candidate skills and suitability.

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status.

Building Relationships & Networking

• Engage with potential candidates to

  build a talent pipeline

  for future job openings.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates to gain referrals.

Training & Learning

• Get trained on

  recruitment processes, interview techniques, and industry trends

  .
• Learn how to use

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other hiring tools

  .

Key Skills & Requirements:

Fresh Graduates (B.tech BE MCA not eligible)

Strong Communication Skills

Good Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills

Basic Computer Knowledge

Self-Motivated, Target-Oriented, and Willing to Learn.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
