Walk-in || Store Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Maintain inventory of engineering spare parts, tools and consumables.

Handle material receipts, issues and stock records.

Monitor stock levels and raise purchase indent requirements.

Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance departments.

Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials.

Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification.

Follow up on pending materials and supplier deliveries.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.

Good knowledge of engineering spare parts and inventory management.

Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP / Inventory software.

Good coordination and communication skills.
