Walk-in || Senior Operations Manager (Operations & Business Development)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
• Handle client relationships, meetings, and escalations.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and deployment across client sites.
• Lead and monitor operations teams and site supervisors.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and operational cost control.
• Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely salary processing and statutory compliance.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Develop strategies to improve service quality, client satisfaction, and business profitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations, Manpower Management, Facility Management, or Business Development.
• Strong experience in client relationship management and new client acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and workforce deployment.
• Experience in team handling, site operations, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve business targets, control operational costs, and improve profitability.
• Candidates with experience in manpower consultancy, staffing, and labour contract services will be preferred.
