Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers upon arrival, offer assistance, and provide information on products and services regarding complete lighting solutions.
Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and usage.
Sales Process: Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, follow up, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, site visit. Mock ups and sampling and resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions and collection of customer details, and prepare sales reports.
After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Jaquar sales staff (MDS and SGS) and support them.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
