Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement Document customer interactions and update CRM systems Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments Meet quality, productivity, and service standards Build strong customer relationships through excellent support

Skills Required

Excellent English verbal & written communication
Customer Service & Customer Support skills Active Listening & Problem-Solving abilities Customer-Centric Approach Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills Basic computer knowledge & MS Office proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude
