Walk-in || Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities related to US insurance processes.
• Coordinate with US-based insurance companies, agents, brokers, clients, and internal

teams.

• Assist with insurance policy documentation, applications, renewals, endorsements, and

related paperwork.

• Verify, organize, and maintain insurance records and supporting documents.

• Follow up with insurance providers and relevant parties regarding pending requests,

documentation, and policy updates.

• Assist in processing insurance claims and maintaining claim-related records, where

applicable.

• Track policy status, renewal dates, pending documents, and other important deadlines.
• Enter and update information accurately in company software, spreadsheets, and

insurance management systems.

• Prepare reports, maintain operational trackers, and provide regular updates to the

reporting manager.

• Respond to emails and routine inquiries professionally and ensure timely

communication.

• Identify discrepancies in documentation and coordinate with the concerned team to

resolve them.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer, policy, and insurance-related

information.

• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and applicable data protection

requirements.

• Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.
