Job description Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate with candidates through the hiring process and maintain communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports as needed. Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates. Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Stay up-to-date with trends in recruitment and the job market. Job Location : Ranjangaon , Karegaon Position: HR Recruiter.
