Job Details

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 year in international voice / international customer service

• Salary Package:

  Up to 4.6 LPA

• Loyalty Bonus:

  20,000

• Incentives:

• Working Days:

  5 days a week

• Cab Facility:

  Two-way cab

• Work Location:

  Hitech City, Hyderabad

• Joining:

  Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of international voice or customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.

One-day selection process:

1. HR Interview
2. Versant Assessment
3. Operations Manager Interview

Direct Walk-in Interview Details

• Interview Days:

  Monday to Saturday

• Timings:

  10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Venue:

  Campusmarg, Flat 405, 4th Floor, Aditya Trade Center, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
