Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Communicate interview details and process updates to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain interview schedules, candidate trackers, and recruitment records.
• Support daily recruitment activities and onboarding coordination.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong coordination skills and willingness to learn.
