Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    Source, interview, and onboard qualified medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.

  • Compliance & Credentialing:

    Verify medical licenses, certifications, and background checks to maintain strict healthcare regulatory compliance.

  • Shift & Rota Management:

    Coordinate with department heads to manage complex 24/7 staff schedules, shift rotations, and attendance tracking.

  • Employee Relations:

    Handle hospital staff grievances, manage performance evaluations, and foster a supportive environment to reduce burnout.

  • HR Operations:

    Oversee hospital-specific payroll variables (like night shifts and overtime), maintain employee records, and organize health and safety training.
