Hiring UPS Sales Executive / Sales Manager!!

Sree Nandhee's Technologies is a well-established company with 27 years of experience in the UPS and solar energy industry. We are currently expanding our team to manage and execute advanced solar and power projects.

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for Sales Executive and Sales Manager positions. Candidates will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, promoting Vertiv UPS systems, batteries, and power backup solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for UPS systems, batteries, and power backup solutions.
• Promote Vertiv UPS systems, batteries, and related power backup solutions to industrial, commercial, corporate, institutional, and residential customers.
• Develop new customer accounts through cold calling, direct visits, references, and other lead-generation activities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat-business opportunities.
• Coordinate with service, projects, and accounts teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, enquiry follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities Sales Manager

• Develop sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Handle key accounts, major enquiries, commercial negotiations, and high-value sales opportunities.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
• Review sales performance, lead conversion, customer visits, quotations, and order bookings.
• Prepare sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for management.
• Identify new markets and business expansion opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in UPS systems, batteries, electrical products, power backup solutions, or technical B2B & B2C sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and close sales.
• Sales Manager candidates should have team-handling experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for customer visits.

Salary:
