Role Overview

Graphic Designer

Role & Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Creation:

  Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, ad creatives, web banners, email templates, carousels, and print collaterals (brochures, posters, packaging).

• Brand Identity Execution:

  Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to individual brand guidelines, typography systems, and color palettes while keeping designs fresh and engaging.

• Campaign & Concept Ideation:

  Collaborate with copywriters and content strategists to brainstorm visual concepts, storyboards, and creative hooks for marketing campaigns.

• Layout & Typography:

  Master text layouts, visual hierarchy, image selection, and photo manipulation to create high-converting ad concepts.

• Asset Prep & Hand-off:

  Prepare print-ready artwork, export web/social assets in optimized formats, and hand off elements to video editors and web developers as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  0 to 2 years of professional graphic design experience (agency background or creative portfolio is highly preferred).

• Mandatory Requirement:

  A strong

  Design Portfolio

  demonstrating creative layout skills, branding projects, typography usage, and social media designs.

• Software Mastery:

  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suiteprimarily

  Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  (knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic After Effects is a strong plus).

• Design Fundamentals:

  Solid understanding of grid systems, visual composition, color theory, and modern digital design trends.

• Mindset:

  Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable to varied client tones, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Availability:

  Must be an immediate joiner (able to start right away).
