Front Office Executive

Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Reception and Greeting:

  Welcoming clients, guests, patients, or customers warmly, setting a positive tone, and guiding them to the appropriate person or department.

• Call and Communication Management:

  Answering incoming phone calls, screening messages, routing calls to respective staff, and managing official emails.

• Visitor and Security Management:

  Maintaining visitor logs, issuing ID badges or passes, and monitoring the reception area for security and compliance.

• Office Inventory Tracking:

  Monitoring stock levels of office supplies and placing reorders as needed.

• Communication:

  Clear and polite verbal speech with the guests and humble way receiving to the organization.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  A polite, calm demeanor and strong conflict-resolution abilities when dealing with upset or demanding visitors.

• Organization & Multi-Tasking:

  Ability to juggle phone calls, walk-in visitors, and paperwork simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Familiarity with MS Office.

Education:

Any Graduate
