Eligibility Criteria

• Any Fresher Graduate or Undergraduate with excellent communication skills or Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in International Non-Voice / Chat / Email Support
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  are mandatory
• Strong written communication skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through

  chat, email, and other non-voice channels

  .
• Provide accurate and professional responses to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns within defined turnaround times.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and response-time targets.

Salary

Up to 5 LPA

Salary will depend on relevant experience, interview performance, and the selected process.
