Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and successfully onboard them by opening

  Demat & Trading Accounts

  .
• Generate business through

  lead generation, references, networking, and market visits

  .
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable

  investment and financial products

  .

• Cross-sell and up-sell

  products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Broking, and other investment solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales and revenue targets

  .
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active clients.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and company offerings.
• Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to increase business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Who Were Looking For

• Candidates with

  0 TO 5 years of experience

  in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Broking, Insurance, or related industries.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
