Walk-in || Customer Support Associate - US Healthcare (Voice)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services.
• Assist customers with patient care, pharmacy support, claims, grievances, and appeals.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
• Adhere to healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations, including HIPAA.

Required Skills:

• Fresher & Experience in Healthcare BPO or a similar domain.
• Typing speed of at least 28 WPM with 98% accuracy.
• English proficiency at B1H level or above.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Shift Details:

• Shift window between 3:00 PM - 10:00 AM (Rotational) - May differ during training.
