Walk-in || Customer Support Associate US Healthcare Voice Process

Role :

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound voice calls

  for US healthcare customers
• Address queries related to

  patient care, pharmacy support, claims, grievances, and appeals

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers
• Maintain

  high-quality documentation and data entry

  in CRM systems
• Follow standard operating procedures and

  HIPAA compliance guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Ensure excellent customer experience through empathy and effective communication

Experience

• Freshers

  are welcome

• 6 Months to 4 years

  of experience in Healthcare BPO or similar domain preferred

Key Skills & Requirements

• Typing speed of

  28 WPM with 98% accuracy

• English proficiency: B1H level or above

  (Excellent verbal and written communication)
• Basic understanding of

  US healthcare processes

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, night-shift environment

• Knowledge of

  MS Office

  ; experience with CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in

  US Healthcare Voice Process

• Knowledge of

  HIPAA regulations

• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
