We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is focused on driving sales and business growth by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships in the NON-IT. Call for appointment: Riya Verma at 9953190293 Experience: 0 to 2 years Designation: Business Development Executive Office Time: 9.30 to 6.00 PM (Alternate Saturday off + All Sundays off) Job Location: Noida Role & responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the staffing industry. Conduct market research to identify potential clients in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, healthcare, and pharma sectors. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Utilize lead generation techniques to create a healthy pipeline of potential customers. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their HR needs and providing effective staffing solutions. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in the manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, healthcare, or pharma sectors. Preferred candidate profile Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers. Excellent market research and analytical abilities. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
