Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

  semiconductor/VLSI industry

  .
• Build and maintain relationships with

  semiconductor companies, product companies, and engineering service organizations

  .
• Understand client requirements for

  VLSI/semiconductor engineers and project-based resources

  .
• Work closely with the recruitment and technical teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Schedule client meetings and understand their hiring and project requirements.
• Prepare and share company/service presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Manage the complete business development cycle from

  lead generation to client onboarding

  .
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  B2B Business Development / Sales

  , preferably in the semiconductor, VLSI, IT, or engineering services industry.
• Good understanding of

  VLSI/semiconductor engineering services

  is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and generate new client opportunities.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other business networking platforms.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
