Bougee Stays is a growing hospitality company managing multiple properties across Gurgaon. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager who can convert vacant nights into bookings, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and take complete ownership of property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive bookings by actively selling vacant dates and converting enquiries.
• Manage end-to-end guest experiences, including check-ins, checkouts, and complaints.
• Manage OTA listings, pricing, availability, reviews, and presentation.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and daily property operations.
• Improve occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Identify problems proactively and implement solutions without constant supervision.

Who Should Apply?

• Takes ownership and gets things done without being chased.
• Has strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thinks commercially and focuses on measurable results.
• Stays composed under pressure and maintains high standards.
• Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

Hospitality experience is a plus. Ownership, initiative, and execution are essential.
